I called R&L to check my breaks and they were so courteous and prompt. I took my car in and they fixed everything in a couple of hours. My car works great and I am very happy with the customer service I received! I would recommend R&L to my friends and family!! Thank you!

The whole process smooth as silk. Especially outstanding is Rachel's focus and clarity on the phone and at the desk. Also Elijah, who explained what they did to my car with no hint whatsoever of condescension or eye roll. There was one thing in particular I had them look at/check, a thing even someone whose driver's permit was still fresh would know about, and he described the situation clearly and without a hint of disdain.
