Taking my truck into R&L is a positive experience from the moment I walk in the door. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. They make sure they understand my vehicle concerns and are realistic about the time it will take to get the vehicle back on the road. The mechanics have always been good about fixing the issues I brought the truck in for and good about spotting future problems like brakes or shocks that are alright now but will need attention in the not-too-distant future. The cost is always fair and, if I get in on a sale, better than fair.
