Parts were special ordered for this job. The work was scheduled as soon as the parts were recieved. All the work that was requested was performed correctly in a single day.

I took my Honda CRV in for a leak in the windshield washer line. I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment. The line was repaired within 15 minutes and the charge was $12 and some change. They have a new lifetime client.

As a young single woman from a big city I know the risks of being taken advantage of by any car related business and so I'm always a little apprehensive about going to a new place. I just moved to town and followed great reviews to R& L. They were so kind, respectful, helpful and honest from start to finish. I'm really grateful to have found them! I had a full car inspection done on a vehicle I'm about to purchase and they really made making my decision easier. I won't be going anywhere else while I live here :)

I’ve had great experiences with theses guys, honest and timely. Recently I had trouble with a new service writer not listening. Overall though it’s the best mechanic shop I know of.
