Our tpms system let us know that our rear passenger tire was having a problem as we were leaving town, so we turned around and went back to the service center and they immediately got Us in and fixed our tire for a great price. I’m from out of state, in town visiting a family member. R&L had very quick turn around despite me bringing them a used truck from Northern Minnesota loaded with rust. They got a full brake replacement done in a day and a half, and I will feel much safer hauling a fully loaded trailer back home.

They are fair and offer good services.

I had my transmission checked and was told it seemed fine and the fluid level was correct. I suggested a fluid flush since it had never been done (100k+). The flush was scheduled and the service was completed on time and professionally. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely return for any future maintenance and repairs.

The shop was very quick to get in contact with me after my car was towed there and fixed my car quickly. They were very accommodating and I highly recommend them because they go the extra mile for their customers.

Went to get new a/c system charged, had a short in my system so charge wasn't complete but was charged full price...hope to resolve this issue with R & L
