Staff did a great job with my service requests and finished in a timely fashion even after I forgot to give them tools needed to remove my tires for rotation.

This is probably the most unethical car repair place I have ever been to, ever they charged me $125 to tell me that I had recently put a new battery in my truck and that's why all of the maintenance light and battery light and numerous other lights were going haywire on my dashboard

Very trustworthy, timely, and compétent. Its difficult to find an honest car repair professionnel. Especially one who does not assume women are ignorant of cars. I think R&L is one of the hard to find good ones.

Toyota Tacoma pickup 100k service. Transmission oil change. Radiator flush. Tire Rotation. More! Rachel is a super service writer. Ken Wendt is a pro technician. He worked through his lunch hour to expedite work on our truck as we were waiting for it. Very attentive, responsive, top-rate mechanical work and customer service. Clean reception area and shop. R & L will be our go to shop in Silver City.
