Went in for an oil change half way through a multi state road trip. They got me right in and had the service done within the hour. While doing the service they inspected my vehicle and determined that my tires were severely worn, they showed me the measurements they used to determine their analysis and I agreed that I needed new tires. They sat me down at their computer and gave me a price comparison of different tire brands and after I chose what I wanted they ordered them and were able to install them the next afternoon. They also mentioned some other things on the vehicle for me to keep an eye on and if I had thought about it more I probably would have had those done there as well. All in All it was a great experience dealing with R&L, the shop was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and I didn’t feel that they were trying to pressure me on anything but offering sound advice. If I didn’t live thousands of miles away I would make R&L my local garage of choice. Thanks again Rachel for your help and advice.
