Taking my truck into R&L is a positive experience from the moment I walk in the door. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. They make sure they understand my vehicle concerns and are realistic about the time it will take to get the vehicle back on the road. The mechanics have always been good about fixing the issues I brought the truck in for and good about spotting future problems like brakes or shocks that are alright now but will need attention in the not-too-distant future. The cost is always fair and, if I get in on a sale, better than fair.

The work was done in good time. For The inspection revealed a couple of safety issues and estimates of correcting them was provided.

Brought car in for diagnosis. Technicians were doubly thorough and offered detailed explanation of their findings. Overview of findings and options for remediation were offered with suggestions for most economic follow-up. Really satisfied with the entire visit.

Great people, really nice. Their mechanics seem knowledgeable and want to do things right. However if you are older like me - be prepared for sticker shock when the bill is due! Take the price you think it would be and double it. But this is typical and in line with the dealership. Just the way it is in our "excellent economy"! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I trust their work.

Talk about a “can do” attitude!! This is a shop run by pro’s who assessed the issue on our Chevy pickup while we are traveling around the country. R&L found and fixed the problem so we were on the road in the same day! My only regret is that they’re not in my town in Silicon Valley!
