I was extremely pleased with the customer service at R&L service center. With the help of Jose, I was able to get an appointment the next day for a technician to diagnose a check engine code before I left on a trip later that week. The price to diagnose the check engine light was very reasonable and Elijah offered excellent customer service. This was my first time using R&L service center and certainly won't be my last.

My experience with R&L Automotive has been completely positive in every aspect. They are very professional from the front desk, scheduling, planning, explaining every step , performing the work, keeping me informed of unexpected events or conditions to completing the service or repairs. A simple diagnostic service resulted in damage due to unforeseen complications, they were quick to take ownership of the mishap and resolve the problem at their expense, even though it necessitated removing the entire engine to resolve. Their work was impeccable they returned the vehicle very clean and workmanship was without error of any kind. I believe they went beyond just repairing and took the time to bring the vehicle to near new conditions. Overall I couldn’t be happier and will recommend this company to others for any service they offer.
