They may be a little more expensive than other shops in the area… but they really do a nice job. Not once did I feel like “just a number”, and while I waited, I talked to a few locals that have been using this shop for a long time. They really seem to treat you like family/friends and don’t seem to be digging for unnecessary sales/services. I listened to quite a few conversations they had with other customers (in the tiny waiting area) and not once did I feel they were trying to take advantage of them. The guy doing my oil change even came to show me the oil level on my dipstick and asked if I was okay with that or if I wanted more…. He was actually concerned and came to ask! That level of treatment towards something you drive each day can move mountains. I’m only passing through, but I am glad that I went here and not to the other places I called they had cheaper prices, but also “sounded” cheaper. I think Rachel is a big part of the “backbone” here. She was kind and efficient in getting me a quote, and I’ve noticed several other reviews have mentioned her. She needs a raise and I hope she stays there. We didn’t talk much, but I could tell she is an important part for their facility. Thank you for taking care of me and the thing that drives me around the country. Please don’t stop being friendly and efficient. That’s all that is left these days.
