I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and figured I needed brakes. I was only charged for a very reasonable oil change. Since I bought the tires there last year the rotation was free and the brakes didn’t need to be replaced. Appreciate their honesty

I was overdue for an oil change while visiting Silver City on a road trip. R&L was able to get me in the next day. Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating when my check engine light came on a couple days later. They checked the car out again and reset the sensor before sending me on my way, without charging me extra. Fingers crossed that we don't end up needing to come back, but I'd feel comfortable having them service my car should we need it before heading home to CA.
